If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 647-288-1118 x1 explaining the problem within 30 days of receipt.
If your product is defective we will email you a pre-paid mailing label to return the item to our warehouse. We will send you a replacement if available, or issue you a refund if we no longer carry the product.
If your product is just not what you expected, and you have not had a good experience with the item you chose, we will send you a prepaid mailing label, and once your item is received at our warehouse we will email you a credit code for the full value of your purchase so that you may try something new that you like better! Really, truly! Even if you just "really didn't like it", we'll make sure that we get you something you DO really like.
